SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

(Please note: Your order may not go out the same day you place it but we will always do our very best to accommodate you.)

We are not in the shipping business and have no intention of making money on your shipping or handling.  We simply charge the exact UPS rate or USPS rate for shipping and insurance.  Please provide full and exact address when ordering. (UPS charges for all address corrections and these costs will be billed to you)

Packages are shipped UPS with four shipping options:
(Overnight, 2 day, 3 day ground, regular ground)
Once your order has been filled and the weight has been calculated we will have an exact shipping total,

upon your request we will gladly call you with the exact dollar amount for your order.

We also offer shipping though the USPS using Priority Mail flat rate shipping boxes.

RETURNS:
Any merchandise shipped to you may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided that the items are in the original packaging (assortments must be returned as a whole unit). All returns must include a copy of the invoice and be returned in a box. Envelopes and mail pouches damage jewelry and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Blake Brothers reserves the right to include a 25% restocking fee on any return item not involving manufacturing defect.
